Grieve Gillett Architects is seeking a People & Culture Development Officer to lead learning, development, culture and wellbeing across our practice.

This senior role will lead the GGA Academy, support performance and career development, and help embed our values through meaningful people and culture initiatives. Working closely with Directors and the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how our people grow and experience working at GGA.

Key focus areas

  • Lead the GGA Academy and professional development programs
  • Support performance reviews, career pathways and mentoring
  • Drive staff engagement, wellbeing and cultural onboarding
  • Support organisational change and continuous improvement
  • Track development, engagement and retention metrics

About you

You bring experience in people & culture, learning and development or organisational development, strong communication skills, and a people-first mindset. Experience in a professional services or design environment is an advantage.
