The Role

Due to the strategic growth of our Allied Health Division, we are looking to appoint a Mobile Exercise, primarily servicing Southeast Melbourne. This is a mobile and flexible role that involves delivering both face-to-face and Telehealth support to individuals participating in vocational education and employment programs.

You will work closely with local delivery teams and a national Allied Health framework to provide outcome-driven interventions that improve participants' work readiness, health and well-being.

About You

You are a proactive, client-centered practitioner who's passionate about making a difference. You are looking for more than just a job—you want to help build a growing Allied Health service and be part of a collaborative national team.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience delivering Allied Health services in employment, education, or community settings.
  • A willingness to build relationships with clients and partners - you don't need to be an expert, but you're open to learning and engaging.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Essential:

  • Degree in Exercise Physiology with current registration with ESSA.
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and valid Driver's License (or willingness to obtain).
