All Rounder – Club Bistro

At Weston Workers Club, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests. Our Bistro is a key part of the club, offering delicious meals café and treats that keep people coming back.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic All Rounder to join our kitchen team, with a strong focus on baking. This role is predominantly centered on preparing and baking muffins, scones, cakes, slices, and desserts for our café and dessert section of the Bistro.

If you have solid baking skills, creativity in the kitchen, and a love for producing high-quality food, this could be the perfect role for you. The position is hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone with a passion for food and a positive, can-do attitude.

In this role, you will:

• Bake and prepare café-style foods such as muffins, scones, cakes, slices, and desserts (this is the core of the position)
• Assist with general meal preparation and cooking when required for the Bistro
• Support the kitchen team with plating, cleaning, and dishwashing as part of the all-rounder role
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver great service to our members and guests

Strong baking skills – this is essential for the role

Previous experience in a kitchen, café, or bistro environment

Creativity and confidence in preparing desserts and baked goods

Ability to multitask and work efficiently

A positive, team-focused attitude

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends, morning and evenings

• A minimum of 20 hours per week with the possibility of more leading to part-time or full-time
