Senior Architectural Designer - Foodservice and Hospitality

Hospitality Total Services (Aus) Pty Ltd, a Hospitality Management and Design Consultant company has successfully operated for over 30 years.

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking designor to join our niche growing team based in Applecross WA. The successful applicant will be assisting with a broad range of projects relating to Restaurants, Taverns, Hotels, Healthcare, Sporting Stadiums, Mining etc.

Some of the tasks the successful applicant will be involved in are;

  • Master Planning
  • Kitchen layouts and design
  • Front of house layouts and Interior design
  • Services drawings
  • Architectural drafting from Concept to IFC

Projects vary across the range of stages from Concept Design to Tender Documentation, Liquor Licensing plans, Development Applications, Building Permit applications and for fitouts.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Fluent in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Relevant qualifications in Drafting & Design (essential) Certificate or Diploma level in Architectural Drafting or equivalent
  • Self-Managed, Hardworking and ability to Multi-task
  • Knowledge of NCC and DDA requirements
  • Understanding of building services
  • Understanding of construction
  • Knowledge of computer programs including; Excel, Word, Sketch – Up and Power Point.
  • Sound English written and oral skills
