Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd (Kerman) is a successful West Australian based company, specialising in the design and construction of Major Industrial & NPI projects associated with Mining and Infrastructure sectors throughout Australia.

Kerman Contracting are seeking an experienced** Recruitment/Mobilisation Coordinator** to join our team. Based in our head office at Applecross, this is a full-time permanent role.

**Position Summary**:
**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction/mining industry.
- Familiarity with employment laws, contracts and industry relevant compliance requirements.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Competency with conducting interviews using a variety of assessment techniques
- Familiarity with HRIS( Human Resource Information Systems)
- Ability to maintain a high ethical standard and practice confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
