We are seeking an experienced and highly organised **WHSE Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. As a WHSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of the WHSE Management System within the company.

- You will have a WHSE background or interest in a career path in Health, Safety and Environment.
- You will have worked in the Mining/Commercial Construction/Civils industries.

**Position Summary**:
The WHSE Systems Coordinator assists with the development, implementation, maintenance and review of the Corporate HSE Management System.

The WHSE Systems Coordinator, in consultation with Site HSE Advisors and Site Management teams will ensure the company procedures are applicable to site and that legislative requirements are being monitored and complied with.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the company HSE software database.
- Work in conjunction with WHSE Manager to ensure the Integrated Management System is implemented and maintained according to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring integrity when planning and implementing changes.
- Maintain accurate WHSE statistic reporting on the performance of the HSE Management system inclusive of maintaining corporate incident register and ensure corporate review of incidents.
- Assist with the compilation and document control of various Management Plans and HSE deliverable documents.
- Conduct WHSE Inspections and Audits in Head Office (HO) and on site (if required).
- Monitor and maintain HSE legislative change across the business and communicate these changes to ensure compliance with Acts, regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Prepare HSE corporate communications use.
- Provide support to project HSE teams and assist with other ad-hoc duties within the organisation to suit operational requirements, including procurement of HSE equipment and consumables.
- Take responsibility for your own safety, uphold the Company WHSE policies, and participate in Company initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years in a similar role.
- Recently obtained or working towards WHS Tertiary Qualifications (Degree / Diploma).
- Microsoft Office Suite Advanced level.
- Experience with HSE management software databases would be advantageous.
- Current Provide First Aid Training and Warden Training (desired)
