As a
Graduate Technical Service Professional
, you'll be part of
The HUB
— our in-house customer and technical support centre that sits at the core of everything we do. You'll handle inbound customer queries across our
Voice, Data, Mobile, Hosting, and Cloud services
, while learning to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service through every call, chat, and email , ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, data, or hosting issues with guidance from experienced engineers.
- Monitor network performance and assist in proactive service management and maintenance.
- Collaborate across teams to restore services quickly and keep customerscinformed every step of the way.
- Document and maintain accurate customer and system information.
