If you're nearing completion of a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification that qualifies you for registration and practice as a Speech Pathologist, have you explored regional opportunities?

Our graduate program starts with a supportive and extensive six-month orientation that includes:
an intensive initial orientation, blending collective learning with all our new graduates and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peersweekly clinical supervision with further informal supportsregular coaching from your team leader to adjust to the challenges of work, anda diverse clientele with a chance to deliver services to children, young people and adults living with disability, as part of a multi-disciplinary teamNovita also offers graduates:
continuing clinical supervision, where you can work to develop a clear professional development plan to ensure you continue to receive the tailored support you needa supportive workplace with great team culturethe opportunity to work with and learn from a broad range of other highly skilled allied health professionalsin-house training programs to help develop discipline-specific skills and knowledge in providing assessments, consultations and therapy programs, andaccess to regular team meetings and opportunities to share ideas and build positive and strong working relationshipsSkills And Experiences
About you

registration (or impending registration) with the professional body relevant to your disciplinean innovative, resourceful and creative therapy approach that reflects a competent level of professional knowledge and skilldemonstrated exemplary customer service skillsability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, colleagues and leaderscurrent working with children check and NDIS worker checkValid driver's license and willingness to use you own vehicle for work-related travel is desirableWe're serious about safeguarding our clients. If you don't have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we'll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
