We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support both our internal and external sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and has strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities;

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.

Support internal and external sales activities, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work with marketing and design materials using Adobe software (InDesign, Premiere Pro, and related tools).

Maintain professional communication with customers and suppliers via phone and email.

Contribute to a positive team environment while being capable of working independently when required.

Skills & Requirements;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Premiere Pro.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
