Working hours - Tuesday to Saturday nights in a kitchen of diverse culture and cooking styles. The candidate must have experience in both Thai and Western cuisines and have experience in pastry and hot and cold Desserts. The Chef must be able to co-ordinate reading dockets and running a section in a very busy kitchen. Chef must have experience in cooking stir fries, curries, salads, deep fried items, Thai desserts and western desserts. Preferred to have own transport due to location having only bus accessibility late at night. Chef may be required to communicate with customers as it is an open kitchen and must we willing and able to assist with telephone calls through the night. An RSA certificate is mandatory as there will be serving of alcohol required in this position.
