About Us

BattleKart is Australia's first augmented-reality go-karting experience where real electric karts meet virtual gaming worlds projected directly onto the track. Already a success worldwide. We're now opening our newest venue on the Central Coast right here in Tuggerah

The Role

We're looking for energetic, hands-on people who love creating fun, memorable experiences for guests. As a Track Supervisor / All-Rounder, you'll be at the heart of the action — running sessions, supporting customers, and keeping the BattleKart magic alive.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and brief players before their BattleKart session
  • Operate and supervise the track safely during games
  • Assist players with kart setup, gameplay, and support
  • Learn the basics of kart mechanics and our projection system
  • Manage bookings, customer enquiries, and general operations
  • Keep the venue clean, organised, and buzzing with energy

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and a friendly attitude
  • Reliable, proactive, and confident in customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
  • Weekend and evening availability (Saturday is essential)
  • Experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality is a bonus — but not required
