We're on the lookout for a Talent Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. Someone who lives and breathes hospitality, thrives in pace, and knows how to spot a superstar when they see one.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across our venues. From job ads and screening to interviews and offers
  • Partner with venues to build high-performing teams
  • Champion the Applejack employer brand — think creative sourcing, social campaigns, and building talent pipelines
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring everyone leaves feeling the Applejack warmth (whether they get the job or not)
  • Contribute ideas for streamlining processes, onboarding, retention, and People projects as we continue to grow

What You'll Bring

  • Experience recruiting in hospitality (agency or internal — we're open)
  • A knack for reading people and understanding what makes a great culture fit
  • Strong communication and organisation skills (and maybe a little healthy chaos tolerance)
