About the role

Snap Organics is seeking a dedicated Naturopath/Nutritionist-Retail Assistant to join our team in our new location Coburg North, VIC store. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing expert natural health advice to our customers, as well as assisting with general retail duties.

What you'll be doing

  • Offering personalised consultations and recommendations to customers on natural health solutions, supplements and alternative therapies
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on natural health trends, products and industry regulations
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including customer service, stock management and visual merchandising
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Supporting the growth and development of the natural health offering within the store

What we're looking for

  • A qualification in Naturopathy, Nutrition or a related natural health discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing natural health or retail role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and inform customers
  • A passion for natural and organic products, and a commitment to promoting holistic health and wellbeing
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to juggle both customer service and retail duties
  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment
