Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC. As a Retail Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the store's presentation. You will also support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
