Role Description

Cooper & Co is looking for a Part-Time Digital Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram Reels. Someone creative, social-savvy, and excited to bring our homewares and furniture collections to life with compelling, scroll-stopping content.

This newly created role is ideal for a creative individual who thrives on turning products into stories and is passionate about engaging audiences in the digital space. 

The successful applicant will need:

  • A natural storyteller with a flair for TikTok trends and Instagram aesthetics.
  • Hands-on skills in videography and editing (phone content creators welcome — we love raw, authentic video).
  • The ability to forecast and spot trends early, adapting them creatively to fit our brand.
  • An eye for styling and detail, especially in homewares and lifestyle.
  • Confidence in front of and behind the camera.
  • A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new ideas quickly.
