The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven
Sales Executive
to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and driving the existing customer portfolio and revenue base across our broadcast television and digital platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to national brands, and make a significant impact in the competitive media landscape. You'll work closely with the Sales team and will
report directly to Group Sales Manager in Melbourne.
What you'll do:
- Understanding the Seven West Media business and be able to leverage our assets to deliver on client objectives.
- Developing relationships with a variety of business customers across a variety of industry sectors.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to meet network revenue, exceed market share and enhance the Seven Network brand.
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance the overall team's effectiveness and performance.
- Preparing and presenting reports to the sales department.
What you'll bring:
You're an excellent communicator with a passion for and knowledge of media sales. You'll also bring:
- 1-3 years experience in media - sales or agency background
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adopt a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate for customers both internally and externally.
- Strong negotiation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business.
- Superior presentation skills an able to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication.
- Demonstrate a solutions-focused, can-do approach to potential issues.
