Join our dynamic team as a Travel & Relocation Administration Coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional relocation experiences for colleagues and clients. You'll manage travel bookings and coordinate relocation services to support transferees and their families as they settle into new locations.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming travel and relocation booking enquiries.
  • Research and book short-term accommodation, flights, and transfers for clients.
  • Prepare and manage travel and relocation documentation, ensuring accuracy in our online systems.
  • Set up and maintain relocation files, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
  • Raise invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors to coordinate services.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cover for team members as needed.
  • Take on additional projects and assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.

About You

  • You have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • You're a strong communicator who enjoys helping others and building relationships.
  • You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and are quick and willing to learn new systems.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred, or recent graduates with strong organisational skills will be considered.
  • Experience in travel coordination or relocation services is a plus, but not essential.
  • You must have Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa to be eligible for this role.
