St Joseph’s Elsternwick OSHClub is looking for a Coordinator to lead a team of Educators in providing engaging services for children ages 4-12 years old.

This beautiful service is located in Elsternwick, an inner southern suburb of Melbourne. Hours are as follows: Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 9:00 AM (BSC) and 3:00 - 6:00 PM (ASC) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

About the school

This service is every Coordinators dream An existing service with quiet numbers in the morning and an average afternoon attendance between 15-30 children, you’ll have a large multipurpose room dedicated to OSHClub during BSC and ASC sessions shared with Music Teacher during school time. We also have great outdoor spaces to use including play area, basketball courts and tennis courts.

Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
