Full-time Veterinarian

We are a passionate, easy-going veterinary team in beautiful Townsville, delivering top-notch care for our furry friends. From soft tissue surgeries to dentals, ultrasounds and more - we've got the gear, the skills, and the drive for excellence.

Our days start with a morning catch-up, are powered by snacks, and every birthday comes with cake We're a fun, social bunch who love a laugh, catch up outside of work, and live life to the fullest in beautiful Far North Queensland. With no set weekend work or after-hours responsibilities, you can enjoy a true work-life balance

About the Role:

  • Full- time or Part-time hours – flexibility to suit your lifestyle
  • No after-hours or on-call work
  • Work alongside our new Lead Vet
  • Shared Saturday mornings on rotation as required
  • Mix of consults and surgery
  • Great variety of cases including general practice, dental & soft tissue (if you're keen)

Whether you're after full time, two full days, a couple of half days – we're open to making it work.

  • About You:

You're a confident, compassionate vet who's ready to hit the ground running. You'll bring:

  • A BVSc (or equivalent) and full eligibility to practice in Australia
  • Experience preferred, although we are open to new grads for the right person
  • Strong clinical skills and at least a few years of hands-on experience
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • A genuine passion for building lasting client relationships
  • A desire to do what you love without the stress of burnout
  • An interest you'd like to develop? We're all in to support it

You'll have clinical autonomy in your decision-making, with the full support of a team who trusts your experience.
