You'll be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
  • Confidently communicating with a variety of scientific professionals, matching them to their ideal roles with our fantastic client base
  • Fostering innovation and drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and novel methodologies.
  • Developing and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.
What you'll need:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences) is a must
  • Proven experience in a scientific research / recruitment environment.
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
