We're seeking an organised and commercially savvy Account Executive to own a portfolio of key retail accounts across pharmacy, discount department stores, and national chains. This is your chance to work with some of Australia's most recognised retailers while shaping category growth and driving commercial success.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Wholesale and Business Development, you'll:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with retail partners, from seasonal sell-ins to delivery and promotional execution.
- Lead forward planning for new ranges, forecasting, and replenishment.
- Drive growth through data-driven insights, performance analysis, and proactive account planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
- Partner closely with internal teams to optimise stock flow, promotional timing, and brand presentation.
About You You're an energetic communicator with a sharp commercial mindset and an eye for detail. You love the challenge of owning key retail relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- 2–4 years' experience in wholesale, account management, or sales coordination (fashion, beauty, or consumer goods).
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfortable working with ERP systems and retailer portals.
- Confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining precision and pace.
- Naturally builds strong partnerships with buyers and planners.
- Analytical thinker who turns insights into smart sales actions.
