We're looking for a
Senior UI/UX Designer
to join our growing product team. This is not just a design-production role — you'll be the
voice of our users
. You'll spend time out in the field with our enterprise clients, talking to senior leaders and frontline agents, uncovering how they use YakTrak and what could make their experience better.

You'll lead a
major usability revamp
, design frameworks and interaction patterns, and help shape the next generation of YakTrak features. Working closely with product managers, developers, and behavioural science experts, you'll bring customer insights to life through intuitive, engaging, and accessible design.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in
    SaaS application design
    (web + mobile).
  • Proven skills in
    user research, usability testing, and client workshops
    .
  • Figma
    (or equivalent) expertise, with a portfolio of prototypes and design systems.
  • An
    accessibility mindset
    and deep understanding of inclusive design.
  • Confidence engaging with both
    executives and frontline staff
    to gather insights.
