About the Role

Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce UX/UI Designer
to join its growing Experience Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative digital solutions that directly improve the lives of Australians.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing user-centred experiences across a range of digital products and services. You will help shape the agency's design practices, champion accessibility, and ensure our solutions are intuitive, inclusive, and impactful for participants, providers, and staff.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Design intuitive
    wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces
    for digital products.
  • Facilitate
    co-design workshops
    and
    usability testing
    sessions with staff, providers, and participants.
  • Gather and evaluate
    user requirements
    in collaboration with product and business owners.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to
    co-design processes, systems, and experiences
    that improve outcomes.
  • Create
    storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, and service design artefacts
    to communicate design intent.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to capture and analyse
    data-related requirements
    .
  • Support the development of
    project documentation
    including requirements, process maps, and change implications.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes
    on time and in line with project schedules
    .

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Demonstrated experience using
    UI/UX requirement elicitation techniques
    such as workshops, prototyping, observation, and interviews, and reporting on results.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI design methodologies
    and practical experience designing in alignment with
    WCAG accessibility standards
    .
  • Proven ability to
    build rapport with stakeholders
    , communicate confidently, and present ideas clearly to senior audiences.
  • 3-5 years' experience
    as a UX/UI Designer in agile or complex project environments.
  • Experience designing for
    Salesforce
    environments.
  • Proven track record in
    accessible and inclusive design
    .
  • Passion for
    innovative accessibility solutions
    and inclusive digital experiences.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining
    design systems
    .
