About the role
We are seeking a new Senior Rural Manager to join our Lake Grace office.
We are looking for people who have a passion for regional Australia that are:
Ambitious to learn and grow further by taking the next step in their career.
In a similar role; looking for a rural focused organisation with purpose, a deeper connection with the team and clients.
Residing in (or willing to relocate) and committed to the Lake Grace and surrounding communities.
Enjoy being well-connected in the community and are a great networker who is passionate about promoting the organisation they represent to contribute to the growth and expansion.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality. You will naturally be relationship driven, focussing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.
You will gain energy through using client advocacy, your community and business networks to continue to grow your client base. Your internal relationship management team will be there to support you to support your existing and new clients. It will truly be a team effort.

What we are looking for:
Experience in agri-banking account management or a similar rural account management role.
Proven ability in building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients.
Proven ability in achieving high levels of customer service.
Credit and financial analysis skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
A desire to make a difference and a passion for success.
