Early Childhood Teacher – Horsham

Bright Steps Academy is opening a brand-new childcare centre in Horsham – and we're building a passionate team of educators from the ground up. We're looking for an inspiring Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our founding team and help shape the culture of our centre from day one.

Your Role:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll:

  • Design and deliver engaging programs inspired by the EYLF.
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for every child.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the community.
  • Contribute your ideas and leadership as part of our brand-new Horsham team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Approved ACECQA Early Childhood Teacher qualification (Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent).
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF and EYLF.
  • A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for early learning.
  • Commitment to child safety and wellbeing at all times.
