Your role
Are you passionate about supporting communities and improving housing outcomes? As a Housing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering tenancy and access services across South West Sydney, focusing on areas with high public housing concentration and social disadvantage. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to sustainable tenancies and strengthen local communities through responsive and inclusive service delivery.
What You'll Do
As part of the Housing Services team, you will manage tenancy and access operations across South West Sydney, supporting clients in complex housing environments.
You Will Also
- Oversee access and demand activities including tenancy assist applications, ministerial, client feedback and approvals for Private Rental Subsidies
- Support housing access for people in need
- Ensure service delivery meets policy and legislative requirements
- Build local networks and contribute to community-based initiatives such as Assertive Outreach
- Manage team rosters, supervision, planning, and performance reporting
- Contribute to local reporting and stakeholder feedback to drive service improvement
You'll work as part of a collaborative and community-focused team in a dynamic and client-facing environment.
What We're Looking For
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across South West Sydney
- Experience in tenancy or housing operations, ideally in high-demand environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and community collaboration skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support team performance
