The Role:

You'll start by mastering blind cleaning, ensuring every part of every blind is flawless. Over time, you'll learn repairs, sales, and installations, with the potential to manage the shop and train others. This physically demanding job starts part-time and requires stamina, focus, and a desire to do things right. It's not a quick gig—it's a path to leadership for those who stick with it.

What You'll Do:

• Clean blinds with precision, spotting imperfections others miss.
• Learn repair techniques and train new staff to meet our high standards.
• Progress to measuring, installing, and selling blinds to customers.
• Work independently in a factory setting, managing heavy lifting, overhead work, and stairs.
• Package blinds for delivery, ensuring smooth operations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Keen Eye for Detail: Do you notice the small things and take pride in thorough work? Previous cleaning experience (offices/houses) isn't needed—what matters is your ability to spot flaws and deliver perfection. (notice the errors in this ad for extra consideration)
• Physically Capable: Can you handle heavy lifting, overhead work, and stairs in a factory custom built by someone ~5'10"?
• Self-Motivated: Are you driven to stay focused while working solo for long hours?
• Committed: Ready for a long-term role, not just a paycheck?
• Eager to Grow: Excited to master new skills and progress to leadership?
• Non-smoker/non-vaper, with a full Australian driver's license and work authorization.
