As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated BDM / Property Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business expansion while managing a supported portfolio in a collaborative and professional environment.

About the Role

This is a dual-function position with approximately 70% property management and 30% business development.

The successful candidate will manage a residential property portfolio while actively identifying and securing new managements to grow the rent roll. You will work closely with the Directors and have access to ongoing support, systems, and genuine career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a supported portfolio of residential properties
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Handle all aspects of property management including leasing, inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and tenancy renewals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the rent roll
  • Provide an exceptional client experience and uphold AAR Realty's professional standards

About You
  • Current WA Property Management Registration (essential)
  • Minimum 3–4 years' experience in residential property management
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
