Job Description

Your opportunity to join our team

Join our Ingleburn Further Processing Facility as a Process Worker and be part of a team that helps bring Australia's favourite poultry to the table.

We're offering casual roles across day and afternoon shifts, with great training, consistent hours, and the chance to grow with us.

Daily Tasks

  • Process and inspect raw materials safely and systematically, according to quality specifications
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching
  • Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools
  • Work effectively in a cold environment
  • Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks
  • Participate in safety initiatives, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks
  • Be an active, committed, and reliable team member

You will bring to this role

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision in a small team
  • Capable of performing tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with company policies and standards
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions and procedures accurately
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written)
  • Able to respond calmly and methodically when faced with challenges
  • A good level of fitness (able to manually handle 5–15kg)
