MRI Now is the leading national medical concierge booking service. Our clients are patients, doctors, insurance companies, employers and medical service providers. We coordinate appointments for patients across Australia to deliver them a timely health assessment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Accounts Team in an Account Payable Officer.

This role can be an immediate start.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Responsible for end to end accounts payable function

  • Processing and accurate coding of invoices

  • Payment of invoices within terms of business

  • Managing internal and external accounts payable queries

  • Assist with end of month tasks including accruals and prepayments

  • Liaise with business stakeholders

  • Assist/process credit card admin

  • Various Adhoc tasks and projects within the scope of the role.

What skills will you bring:

  • Intermediate computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.

  • Experience of using a recognised accounting system e.g. Xero

  • 2-3 years' end to end accounts payable experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and organise work

  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies

  • Phone and email contact to clients

  • Resolving supplier and customer queries

  • Data entry

  • General administrative tasks
