About the role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to complement our existing depot team and bring a genuine passion for client satisfaction and customer service. In this dual hands-on and office-based role, you will support both our depot and customer service teams with a variety of tasks, including:

·       Conducting depot searches

·       Repacking and general depot duties

·       Verifying and updating addresses

·       Ensuring PODs are accurately captured

·       Assisting with booking-in tasks

This role offers plenty of variety and requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to our clients.

The successful candidate will require the following attributes and skills:

·       Good communication skills;

·       Sound office administrative skills;

·       Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise your workload;

·       Strategic thinking, with ability to investigate, follow up and resolve issues;

·       Ability to work as part of a team.

·       Customer Service skills
