About the role

Good Morning Coffee Trader' is seeking passionate Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our team in Garbutt and Hermit Park. This is a casual role where you will play an integral part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to a high standard
  • Ensuring all kitchen equipment and work areas are clean, sanitised and well-maintained
  • Assisting with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing and portioning
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver meals in a timely manner
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to any customer requests

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Hand in a busy hospitality environment
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and providing an exceptional customer experience
