Workfast is looking for Depot Managers to join our client's expanding operations across Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a regional depot for a leading provider in the industrial services sector.These are key leadership roles responsible for building sustainable industrial service businesses in each region, leading safety and compliance, and driving growth through operational excellence.

What you need:

  • Proven experience in industrial services, hydro excavation, waste management or HPWJ operations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage crews and assets
  • Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop business relationships and identify new opportunities

What you will be doing:

  • Establishing and managing regional depot operations
  • Leading teams of skilled Vac, HPWJ, Combo, and NDD operators
  • Overseeing safety, environmental and compliance standards
  • Managing scheduling, logistics, and project delivery
  • Driving depot growth and client satisfaction
  • Ensuring operational excellence and profitability
