About the Position
The Barista position at NT Bakery Pty Ltd is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to complement the bakery's artisan offerings. Working in a vibrant,fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, engage with customers, and contribute to the bakery's welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation, such as plating pastries or desserts, as needed
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring consistent performance
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualification or Experience
- Certificate II or Ill in Hospitality (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista in a cafe, bakery, or similar setting

Salary:
- $65, $70,000.00 per year plus superannuation
