About Us
Globally, energy markets are in transition to a net zero future and the entities within these markets are transforming their underlying business models to ensure that they stay relevant, sustainable and profitable. As one of Australia's largest energy providers, we are proud of our purpose to lead and accelerate the clean energy transformation for all.
About the Team
The Customer Compliance Performance team is undergoing significant transformation, creating exciting new opportunities to join at a pivotal time, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact. This team provides specialist compliance expertise to the Customer Business Unit, supporting effective compliance management and ensuring EnergyAustralia's regulatory obligations, governance systems, processes, and frameworks meet both industry standards and customer expectations. The role builds strong partnerships with Business Unit leaders, Compliance Advisory and Legal teams.
Other aspects of the role include:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with sound judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Experience working with or supporting senior executives.
- Outcome-driven: Focused on resolving issues and driving work to completion, not simply tracking activity.
