We're looking for dedicated and client-focused Casual Client Advisors who are passionate about luxury fashion and delivering an elevated shopping experience. In this role, you'll help clients discover MISHA's signature silhouettes, refined tailoring, and contemporary elegance, while fostering long-term relationships and driving boutique success.

At MISHA, we blend timeless design with modern sophistication. Our commitment to premium craftsmanship and high-quality textiles is at the core of our brand. As a valued member of our team, you'll bring this philosophy to life in every client interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Work towards individual and boutique sales goals, ensuring exceptional client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, growing a network of loyal customers.
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance client connections and retention.
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge, materials, and personal styling to provide tailored service.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented retail environment focused on collaboration and sales growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
  • A team player with the ability to support business goals and meet KPIs.
  • A natural ability to connect with customers and create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Availability on Thursdays & Saturday's.
