As the Programmatic Search Manager at a prestigious university, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels. You'll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, leverage advanced AdTech platforms, and drive data-driven decision-making to maximise marketing ROI. Your role will directly impact the university's global reach and engagement with key audiences, making this a pivotal position for those passionate about digital marketing innovation in higher education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop SEO and SEM Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive plans to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Lead Paid Social Advertising: Oversee social paid media and programmatic campaigns across various platforms.
- Drive Data Governance: Establish and enforce policies to ensure ethical and compliant use of data in digital advertising.
- Optimise AdTech Stack: Provide continuous improvement opportunities across demand-side platforms and other programmatic tools.
You may be a great fit if:
You are a strategic digital marketing leader with extensive experience in SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising, a track record of driving measurable outcomes, and a passion for leveraging data and technology to enhance marketing effectiveness in higher education.
You may also:
- Have a postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Science, IT, Advertising, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrate proven ability to lead and develop high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Show extensive experience managing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of AdTech platforms and programmatic buying techniques.
