The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience in Office Admin roles and/or an understanding of Customer Service processes.

Duties
- Be our main point of contact for our Sales Team and our Customers, via email and Slack
- Be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries by phone.
- Manage, update and prepare weekly reports to support key stakeholders in the business.
- Support the sales team with completing product submission forms and keeping our master database current.
- Work closely with the warehouse teams to resolve Customer Service issues
- All other admin and support tasks as assigned.
Key Skills and Attributes
- You have strong and clear English language skills both verbally and in writing emails/communications
- You have previous experience in an office role
- An absolute eagle eye attention to detail
- You like investigating and solving problems
- You can follow clear processes, and suggest improvements to the team
- A strong understand of excel and cloud-based technology platforms (generally comfortable with technology)
- You can time manage and have the ability to prioritise
- You can communicate well and are able to ask for help
- You work well as part of a team
- You can handle pressure and fast paced environments.
