Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12 ($149,739 - $173,174 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
DCJ manages a diverse portfolio of assets supporting the NSW community including Courthouses, Correctional Facilities, Youth Justice Centres, Disability Group Homes and Workplaces to name a few, As part of the Infrastructure and Assets team, the Senior Program Manager leads and manages the delivery of a diverse range of projects, initiatives and activities across the DCJ asset portfolio.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead a multi-disciplinary project team and be responsible for all aspects of program management as it relates to relevant Infrastructure and Assets projects including managing all communication and engagement, stakeholder management, budgets, whilst also driving consistent project delivery standards and overseeing project governance, risk and issue management, delivery planning and quality management. You will also take the lead in embedding a culture of Human Centred and Trauma Informed Design to ensure a high quality of Customer Experience.

What we're looking for
As the successful candidate, you must demonstrate strong capabilities in line with the role description, and:
- You will be able to demonstrate your skills, experience and creativity in leading complex project-based construction delivery work at a program level, managing large capital budgets and successfully meeting multiple stakeholder needs with competing priorities
- You can provide examples of innovation and creativity in solving complex project delivery problems
- You excel in building credible relationships, ability to actively listen, understand and adjust your communication style to meet the needs of others
- You can demonstrate your ability to be highly resilient and work well under pressure, able to comfortably adjust to changing priorities and evolving stakeholder needs
- You will be a natural coach and have experience managing people
- You will be experienced in leading project governance and working with very senior levels of management
- Previous experience working in government is not essential.

Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience and knowledge of property related infrastructure
- Certifications in a Project Management methodology or equivalent industry experience
- Current NSW Drivers Licence with ability and willingness to drive throughout NSW. This role may involve overnight stays.
- Required to hold a current NSW Construction Industry White Card or willingness to obtain one within two months of commencement.
- Ability to attend the office in Parramatta for at least 50% of your working week
