Key Responsibilities (depending on the role):

  • Prepare financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Reconcile accounts, process payroll, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support audits, compliance, and financial analysis.
  • Provide professional tax advice and client support.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting software setup (Xero, MYOB).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA/CA preferred for senior roles).
  • Experience in taxation, bookkeeping, or management accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
