As our new Pricing Analyst, you'll play a big part in keeping us ahead of the curve, making sure our hire rates hit the sweet spot: fair for our customers, strong for our business.

This role sits in our Commercial Finance team at Seven Hills, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager. You'll partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance to turn data into actionable insights, and support pricing strategies that keep Kennards Hire competitive, consistent, and profitable.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse internal and market data to optimise hire rates
• Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends
• Build and maintain pricing models to guide decision-making
• Provide analysis for tenders and commercial projects
• Deliver clear, impactful insights to leadership teams
• Drive process improvements and smarter ways of working

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
• Advanced Excel skills, plus experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong data manipulation and modelling expertise
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence decisions
• Detail-focused with excellent time management
