Senior Systems Support Analyst - Corporate Systems

Synchro Partners is partnering with a leading organisation in the services sector to hire a Senior Systems Support Analyst to own and enhance a portfolio of corporate applications across corporate systems - Finance, HR, Contract Management, Asset Management etc

This role centres on hands-on troubleshooting, incident/problem management, and proactive vendor coordination to restore service quickly and drive lasting fixes. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand issues, prioritise work, and ensure solutions land smoothly. You will also have a strong technical background to identify and fix technical issues.

We also need someone whom has come into transformative environments and added structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve application incidents and problems across broad corporate systems - Finance, HR, Contract Management, Asset Management etc
  • Lead root cause analysis, implement workarounds, and deliver permanent fixes; maintain knowledge articles and runbooks.
  • Manage vendors and support partners: log cases, track SLAs, challenge responses, and drive timely resolution.
  • Partner with business teams to capture issues, clarify impact, and translate needs into actionable tickets/enhancements.
  • Support minor enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes; coordinate testing (UAT), release planning, and post-release validation.
  • Monitor application health and performance; identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain clean governance across backlog, priorities, and change controls using tools such as JIRA/ServiceNow/Confluence.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Level 2/3 application support or systems analysis across corporate platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting capability across integrations, interfaces, SSO, and data issues; comfortable with logs, queries, and basic SQL.
  • Demonstrated vendor management: escalating effectively, negotiating outcomes, and holding partners to account.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations; clear written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change) and disciplined documentation.
  • Structured, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
