We are Western Australia Return Recycle Renew, (WARRRL). The Opportunity

We are seeking apassionate and dedicated Brand champion to lead the development and execution of brand initiatives that align with WARRRL's strategic and operational objectives.

In this role, you will be the steward of our brand strategy, ensuring consistent delivery across a range of touchpoints. Partnering closely with creative, operational and growth teams, you'll align brand messaging with business outcomes, influence consumer behaviour through behavioural science principles and lead a small team of marketing coordinators. You'll oversee workflows, creative output and budgets while also leveraging consumer and business insights to drive brand alignment, build trust, and encourage meaningful stakeholder participation.

Some key responsibilities include: -

• Deliver brand strategy and ensure consistency across all materials
• Partner with Creative Lead to align design and messaging with brand identity
• Leverage research and insights to inform brand positioning
• Support functional business plans and strategic projects
• Align brand and marketing outputs with business objectives
• Apply behavioural science to influence and engage consumers
• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing marketing team
• Manage brand workflows, timelines and priorities
• Maintain and archive brand assets to protect IP and ensure accessibility
• Optimise marketing processes and guide production best practice
• Manage budgets, forecasts and performance targets for brand initiatives

This is a full-time opportunity, based in Subiaco.

About you

The successful candidate will be highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate about their work. Your success in this role will be underpinned by demonstrated experience and strengths in the following areas:

• Experience in brand management, campaign execution or marketing
• Experience leading teams and driving high-performance outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
• Excellent project management capabilities (both client side or agency experience well regarded)
• Experience applying research and insights to inform strategy, storytelling, and engagement
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or similar
• A genuine interest in sustainability and community engagement, with an understanding of Containers for Change and its role in the recycling industry (preferred)
