Okay, right off the bat, I am going to describe the kind of person we are looking for...

1 you need to be a _good_ person.
- You must be able to work hard (we don't work long hours, so we need to make the most of it)

- You must want to make a lot of money and be motivated by a healthy income

**Can you do it?...**

Do you have what it takes to run a team of 4-5 motivated F2F Sales people (who are each earning great money themselves)?

You will need to be able to walk the walk and perform sales at an above average level, you will need to be able to train and look after at least one new person every week until you have developed a consistent sales team around you.

**You will only be considered if you have experience in face to face sales.**

If you moved on from your last role because the juice wasn't worth the squeeze, but you absolutely LOVED face to face sales, then this is exactly the opportunity you have been looking for.

**A little bit about us...**

G'day Group has been around for a long time in both WA and NSW. We employ sales teams to do direct sales across a variety of different sales channels. We have a string of customer service awards and we have had employees recognized nationally for being the best sales person in the country, 5 times over the last 10 years. We are a trusted brand ourselves and because of that we get to work with amazing brands including American Express, The Orange Card and Starlight Children's Foundation.

We are also building a fresh new sales team in Perth. You should think of this job more like working with a start up than with an established company that has been around for 10 years.

After that, there is a phone call, a Zoom call, a face to face interview and a trial day.

Successful applicants will be able to start immediately.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
