We are Japanese restaurants and Bar Located at Ascot Vale, Victoria.

As owner we are not hard people to deal with that is guarantee, Our manner of good behaviour will make you happy all the time at work place. We are family people and we know that love, share, trust and caring each others will always make life beautiful.

We have set some cultures how to work, that's all we need from you. Such as

Welcoming guests with grace smile and service, most people here are very local and friendly we want you to welcome them like you do in your home,

Secondly, look after them once they dine with us, talk to them and make them feel comfortabl but in same time you need to respect their privacy.

Thirdly most important:

if there is mistakes happen while working accept it and let us know, that means you need to be honest with us and customer. we mentioned this here because when we know what is mistakes why it happens we can fix that straight way and promise you it won't repeat because we are happy to teach and help you how to handle those types of incident. We have worked in hospitality fields so we know when we are honest we can do anything to grow and make our work family happy.

There is a say, work happy life happy. We just not only our customers Happy we want our staff be happy all the time while they are here.
