We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented
Junior Area Manager
to join our leadership team and take responsibility for a cluster of key Pizza Hut restaurants across Sydney's suburbs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong operational and financial management skills within a high-performing franchise group.

The Position

As a
Junior Area Manager
, you will work closely with individual Store Managers and their teams to ensure operational consistency, business growth, and adherence to brand standards. You will play a key role in supporting the performance of multiple restaurants while developing leadership capability and driving continuous improvement across your region.

You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of restaurant performance, including customer experience, team development, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Store Managers to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives across multiple sites
  • Manage full P&L accountability
    including sales performance, cost control, and profitability
  • Oversee staff rostering
    to ensure optimal labour efficiency and compliance with wage budgets
  • Lead recruitment and hiring
    to build high-performing and customer-focused teams
  • Support Store Managers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and brand standards
  • Monitor and manage operational adherence to safety, fire safety, and company policies
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve measurable business improvements

What We're Looking For

We will provide comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capability, strong business understanding, and a proactive management style.

You will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Area Manager within QSR, hospitality, or retail environments
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of P&L management
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities
  • A hands-on and results-driven management approach
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Full Australian working rights
