Job Type: Casual

Pay Rates:

  • Base Rate: $32.86/hr
  • Saturday: $46.01/hr
  • Sunday/Public Holiday: $59.15/hr
  • Afternoon/Night/Early Morning Shift: Up to $36.81/hr

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting passengers and providing friendly, efficient customer service
  • Checking in passengers and baggage using airline systems
  • Issuing boarding passes and baggage tags
  • Assisting with flight queries, seating arrangements, and general travel information
  • Managing unexpected delays or issues calmly and professionally
  • Working across varied shifts – including early mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

  • A valid Green P (P2) or Open Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • A commitment to safety, teamwork, and punctuality
  • Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol screening and a police check
