Workforce Australia Team Leader.  Full time position based in Bathurst

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Workforce Australia crew in Bathurst. If you're someone who enjoys helping others succeed, knows how to keep a team motivated, and wants to make a real impact in the local community, this could be the role for you.

You'll be leading a group of Employment Consultants, helping them hit their goals, grow their skills, and deliver great service to job seekers and employers. It's a hands on role where you'll be coaching, problem-solving, and building strong relationships every day.

About you….

Do you have: 

  • Proven leadership experience in employment services or a related field, or you're an aspiring leader ready to take the next step.
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Australia or similar government-funded programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead through change.
  • High-level administrative and organisational skills.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as needed.
