The Team

The Legal team support the legal and compliance function of this private markets investment firm in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This premier primate markets investor has a strong track record of delivering exceptional returns across private equity, capital solutions, and secure assets. Known for their systematic, experience-driven approach, they focus on building resilient businesses and creating long-term value.

The Role

As Paralegal, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of legal and compliance matters that support investment activities and internal governance. You will:

  • Prepare and review legal and regulatory documentation
  • Perform administrative duties to implement legal and compliance processes
  • Support ad hoc legal projects, including legal research and internal corporate governance matters

Requirements

  • Team player who excels in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in a paralegal role, ideally within a similar industry
  • Able to adhere to a consistent, yet flexible schedule of 3 or 4 days per week
  • Australian permanent resident or citizen
