Salary: $125,344 – $134,527 (Plus 12% Super )

About the Role:

CHS is responsible for leading the insourcing (a transition from a contractor to in-house delivery) of cleaning services for the Canberra Hospital campus and Community Health Care Facilities from 1 October 2026. It is also leading the transition to insourcing cleaning services and food services at the North Canberra Hospital (NCH) and Clare Holland House (CHH) from 1 October 2027.

The Project Manager will focus on project activities associated with the establishment of the insourced service delivery model and the transition from the current model. The position involves working with stakeholders to develop and implement the service with a focus on service continuity, achieving quality standards and ensuring a safe service for CHS team members and consumers. This position would suit an all-rounder who shows initiative is quick to adapt and enjoys working in a team across different functions.
